During our New Year stay, we found two standout features of this hotel. the counter staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the beds were super comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. the hotel's prime location made it convenient for us to visit nearby attractions.

On the downside, we were disappointed by a few aspects of our stay. The breakfast options could be improved, particularly the coffee which could have been of better quality.

The receptionist, Astrude, provided a speedy check-in and was helpful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room had a bathtub and was clean. The manager, William, assisted with marriage proposal planning. The location was convenient, near a train station.
